OVERVIEW
Experience a thrilling journey through some of Pakistan’s most beautiful countryside on the Islamabad Swat Chitral and Kailash Jeep Safari. This adventure is a perfect combination of the best that nature provides, the culture as well as the history of the region, for people interested in traveling to Northern Pakistan.
Swat, also known as the “Switzerland of the East,” is actually the starting point of this archeological journey. It has always been associated with green vegetation, waterfall and snowy mountains; Swat leaves the visitors enchanted by its natural beauty. What to see in the valley is Mingora town and Saidu Sharif, two lively towns of the valley and to step into the history of Buddhist and archeological sites in Swat which includes ancient monos and stupas. For adventurous people, Malam Jabba, Pakistan’s ski resort is the most favored and offers a lot of fun.
From Swat it leads to Chitral which is as rugged and as beautiful as can be and hemmed in by the Hindu Kush on all sides. Chitral has no shortage of unspoiled natural surroundings such as valleys, rivers, and mountains making it ideal for those who enjoy mother nature. Don’t leave Chitral without visiting the Chitral Fort; it is managing to tell stories of ancient Chitral. While walking along the Chitral River there are quiet spots and opportunities to communicate with nature.
The incredible part of this safari can be enjoyed in Kailash Valleys, where the colorful Kailash people live. Perched cosily amidst amazing mountain terrains, Gorkha’s Bumburet, Rumbur and Birir valleys stand out for their exclusive ethnic base. The traditional costumes of Kailash people, their unpolluted traditions and dances look like people of another world are diving in. Due to their extreme long time practices and warm welcoming treatments given by the inhabitants, every visitor is always left with memorable experiences.
This Jeep Safari presents each of these locations as exotic destinations in Pakistan with different ambiences of Swat, the raw face of Chitral and texture of Kailash Valley. This trip should offer dramatic sights, cultural encounters, and experiences best described as memorable which we intend to capture of the fascinating northern Pakistan.
